Built in June 2019, in the former calf nursery of the farm (initial) this cottage is there to please you. Exposed stones and contemporary style.
If you have culinary talents, the "high-end" kitchen has a large "Corian" worktop with 5-zone induction hob.
No smell since the powerful hood is connected to the outside. Lots of dishes, glasses and small household appliances are at your disposal.
You can have an extra double bed on the sofa bed in the living room.
The library contains many very different books and for all ages. The large flat screen wall and its DVD player will allow you to watch some of the films or series present in the cottage. The enclosed garden will give you the possibility of some grills followed by a good nap on one of the deckchairs at your disposal.
On the first floor is the bathroom, with its large shower, its basin and its suspended toilet, the master bedroom with its adjustable LED lighting and its wall-mounted flat screen as well as the 2nd bedroom (2 beds) and its large secure skylight. The bedding is of quality with cleaning of the sheets in ecological dry cleaning.
The two lodgings (East and West) can be joined into one by a door on the ground floor to allow 8 to 12 beds.
Parking closed by an electric gate allowing you to park a trailer or boat (no caravans or camper vans). Bicycles or motorbikes can be stored in the old cider house located opposite the cottage, with a water point for cleaning.
For garden enthusiasts, a visit is possible (only with the owners) to their botanical garden (1.9 ha)

By car, by bike (greenway 5 minutes from the cottages) or on foot, you will easily access the sports or family beaches. Swimming in the sea or in swimming pools (aqua park), sailing on historic or modern boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, golf, horse riding, bike rental, and hiking galore...
You will come to soak up the unique charm of the "Ville Close", after a good meal in a charming restaurant or a traditional creperie (for any budget). For night owls, many bars/cocktails are there to welcome you.
Family and children will not be left out: animal parks, theme parks, zoos, aquariums (including Océanopolis) are very close by.
Culture and History enthusiasts will discover a very rich Breton heritage: Chapels, Fountains, Enclosures and Calvaries, the Black Mountains, the Monts d'Arrée as well as the Valley of the Saints among others. Hiking maps and various documentation.
